When you use the free website grader, two pieces of information are collected: the URL you enter and your email address. Nothing else is collected automatically. There are no tracking cookies on this site, and no analytics tools running in the background.
The URL is passed to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate your score report. It is not stored beyond what is needed to process the request.
The email address is used for two things: sending you the score report, and adding you to the SimpleFastSEO mailing list. The mailing list sends occasional guides and updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Email addresses are stored and managed by Brevo (brevo.com), the email service provider used to send reports and newsletters. Brevo processes your data according to their own privacy policy.
URL data is passed to Google's PageSpeed Insights API as part of the analysis. Google's standard API terms apply.
No data is sold to third parties. No data is shared with anyone else.
Email addresses remain on the mailing list until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, Brevo removes you from future sends. If you want your email address deleted entirely, contact us and we will remove it.
This service operates under UK GDPR. You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to access. You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Right to erasure. You can request that we delete your email address and any associated data. We will action this within 30 days.
Right to object to marketing. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
This site does not use tracking cookies. No Google Analytics or similar tools are running. The only cookies that may be set are those strictly necessary for the site to function, such as session handling. No cookie consent banner is shown because no consent is required.
